Fig & Insect

Our new gecko diet formula with the delicious taste of Organic Fig and insects. This Banana free formula has a strong Fig smell and flavor to entice your picky geckos to really chow down. The banana-less food is perfect for geckos that don't seem to really like banana flavor foods. By using other base fruits we were able to incorporate fig into the diet while still maintaining very low levels of Oxalic acid. We have incorporated crickets and black soldier fly larvae as the main source of protein as well as organically grown mealworms to increase the Omega fatty acid content. This formula has Twice the amount of insects as our original "With Insects" formula! 

Watermelon

The Pangea Watermelon Complete Diet is the most popular crested gecko food since 2013 when we first introduced this tasty formula. Great for gargoyle geckos, leachianus, chahoua, day geckos, and all other fruit eating geckos. Developed over the course of many years on one of the world's largest collections of New Caledonian gecko species.

Insect

One of the newest addition to our line up of complete gecko diet mixes. We set out to create a crested gecko food that incorporates insects as one of the main ingredients and generates an enthusiastic feeding response. I think we have succeeded, in fact I'd say this is one of our tastiest and most widely accepted gecko food formulas so far! The insects we use in the food are North American farm raised crickets and black soldier fly larvae. Researched, developed, and tested for two years here at Pangea on one of the largest collections of geckos in the world. All of our ingredients are sourced form USA manufacturers and our food is made by us in the United States.

Growth & Breeding

A complete gecko diet, Pangea Gecko Diet Breeding Formula is designed to fulfill the unique requirements of reproductive crested geckos. The main source of fat and protein in this food is from Insects (crickets and black soldier fly larvae) while remaining palatable and well-liked by almost all geckos. The fruits used are a delicious blend of Bananas and Apricots that creates a feeding response similar to our other formulas. The higher fat levels help keep egg production strong throughout the breeding season. The calcium level is near the maximum level for a complete diet. It is safe and sometimes necessary to add a little plain calcium to the food if your females are becoming depleted. Alternatively, you can offer plain calcium in a dish for your females to lick from as needed.
